SNHG11在结直肠癌中的表达及功能预测
Expression and function SNHG11 in colorectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between SNHG11 expression and clinical pathological features and the development and progression of colorectal cancer.Methods The clinical pathology and gene expression profiles of colorectal cancer were downloaded from the cancer genome atlas (TCGA).The differentially expressed long non-coding RNA (lncRNA)was performed by the lncRNA database of HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee (HGNC).The analysis of cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics showed that SNHG11 was up-regulated in 54％ colorectal cancer samples,which is much higher than other lncRNAs.The correlation between SNHG11 expression and clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed.The regulatory gene of claudin1 1 was predicted by Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA).Results The expression of SNHG11 was associated with T stage (P =0.028),N stage (P =0.039),M stage (P =0.000)and TNM stage (P =0.001).RNA polymerase,RNA degradation,spliceosome,pyrimidine metabolism and other related gene sets were rich in the high expression samples of claudin11.Conclusion SNHG11 may be involved in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer by regulating the synthesis of RNA and cutting the hnRNA.关键词
