Abstract
Objective To study the expression of NF-E1b in colorectal cancer patients and its relationship with clinical and pathological features and prognosis.Methods 129 patients underwent radical resection in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2013 was recruited as as the research subjects.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of NF-E1b in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.We collected all the clinical data of patients and patients were followed up for 3 years.The relationship between the expression of NF-E1b protein was analyzed.The riskfactors of the 3 year survival rate of the patients were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of NF-Elb in tumor tissues of 129 cases was 68.22％,which was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (P ＜ 0.05).The patients were followed up for 3 years.92 patients survived.3-year survival rate was 71.32％.The expression of NF-E1b was closely related to the age,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis,and had a significant effect on the 3-year survival rate of the patients (all P ＜ 0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that high TNM stage,lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer and distant metastasis of colorectal cancer were risk factors for NF-E1b positive expression.Tumor＞4cm,positive distant metastasis and positive NF-E1b expression were the independent risk factors of the 3-year survival rate of patients.Conclusion The positive rate of NF-E1b expression in colorectal cancer was high,and was closely related to the age,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis.The higher the positive expression rate of NF-E1b indicates worse prognosis.关键词
