Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of high perianal abscess and its effect on serum inflammatory factor,immune function and oxidative stress and other biochemical indicators level.Methods 96 patients with high perianal abscess were selected and randomly divided into control group (n =48)and treatment group (n =48).All patients underwent radical resection of perianal abscess.Antibiotic treatment were given 5～7 d after surgery.Saline wash,and bath medicine,iodophor disinfection were given 2d postoperative.After disinfection,the control group were treated with vaseline gauze drainage,sterile gauze and fixation,and the treatment group was treated with Kangfuxin solution rinse with Kangfuxin gauze drainage,sterile gauze bandage fixation.The serum levels of inflammatory factors (TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8),immune function (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+)and oxidative stress (SOD and MDA)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and MDA in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and was significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and SOD were significantly higher than those before treatment,and was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the CD8+ levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and was lower in the treatment group than in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin solution treatment can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in patients with perianal abscess after operation,improve immune function and oxidative stress in the body.It has potential value for wide clinical application.关键词
