Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of FOLFOX on immunologic function and the expression of VEGF and p53 in advanced colorectal cancer after surgery.Methods 90 patients with stage Ⅲ colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from Jan 2010 to Dec 2015 were randomly assigned to the treatment group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The curative effect,immunologic function and the expression of VEGF and p53 were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect in the treatment group was significant better than in the control group.There were significant differences in local recurrence rate,metastasis rate and tumor-free survival rate between the two groups (P＜0.05).The levels of IL-2,IFN-γ and TNF-α in the two groups were similar (P ＞0.05).After chemotherapy,the levels of IL-2,TNF-α and IFN-γdecreased significantly (P＜ 0.05) and were higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-6,IL-10 and IL-4 between the two groups before chemotherapy (P ＞ 0.05).After chemotherapy,the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and IL-4 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before chemotherapy (P＜ 0.05) and were significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group (P＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in VEGF and p53 expression between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).After chemotherapy,the expression of VEGF and p53 in the two groups decreased significantly and were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Postoperative Oxaliplatin chemotherapy has favorable effect for patients with advanced colorectal cancer.It stabilizes the immune function and lowers the level of expression of VEGF and p53.关键词
