布蓝合剂用于混合痔术后镇痛的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Bupivacaine Methylene blue mixture in postoperative analgesia in mixed hemorrhoid.Methods 182 hospitalized cases of mixed hemorrhoid were recruited as study subjects.92 cases were randomly assigned to treatment group and 90 cases to control group.All patients underwent traditional haemorrhoidectomy treatment.At the end of the surgery,in treatment group,the wound margin was injected with Bupivacaine Methylene blue mixture.The control group was given pain-controlled analgesic pump(PCIA) after the operation.The postoperative pain scores,the use of analgesics and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Postoperative analgesia efficiency in observation group of is higher than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Postoperative analgesic usage and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than the control group(all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Bupivacaine Methylene blue mixture is an effective method for the postoperative analgesia.关键词
