Research on welding technology of mechanical bimetallic composite pipe
摘要
Abstract
For the problems of mechanical composite pipe welding,three main welding technologies and their quality control are discussed.Each welding technology is described and analyzed comprehensively in terms of groove type,welding sequence,welding method,welding materials and welding process and so on.It is found that the direct welding method and end seal welding method have some problems,such as the big difficulty of welding,many welding defects and difficulty in guaranteeing welding quality.The welding problems of the mechanical composite pipe can not be fundamentally solved through above welding methods,whereas the end welding method can solves these problems by utilizing metallurgical principle,which is the development direction of mechanical composite pipe welding.An improved welding technology based on the end surfacing method is also put forward to provide some references for improving the welding quality of mechanical composite pipe.关键词
