摘要

Abstract

Comparing with other narrow-gap welding technologies,NG-GMAW has more technical advantages and higher cost performance,but it is not widely used now because its key technologies and complete equipments have not broken through.The key technologies of NGGMAW and their latest progress are introduced and analyzed,such as fusion control technology of double sidewall,design and manufacturing technology of welding gun with six functional requirements,self-adaptive tracking technology of weld track,efficient gas shielded technology for welding high-temperature region and arc welding power source technology with ultra-low spatter coefficient.
