Abstract
As an important part of power station boiler system,the header involves variety of materials and dimensions,so that it is usually welded by manual or semi-automatic welding equipments for a long time,which leads to low production efficiency and poor quality.In order to change this situation in Dongfang Boiler Corporation,an intelligent welding robot system for short pipe joint of boiler header is developed,which includes a welding robot,an assembly robot and a field management system etc.The result shows that this system has high degree of automation and control precision,generates good appearance of welds,and has high practical value in boiler industry.关键词
