摘要

Abstract

The surfacing layers with different welding parameters are prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by adopting tri-arc double wire arc surfacing and taking wear-resistant surfacing Fe-Cr-C-B series flux-cored wire as double wire,the penetration ratio,microstructure and wear resistance of the surfacing layer are analyzed.The results show that the welding parameters of tri-arc double wire arc surfacing can be adjusted in a wide range,the smaller weld penetration,low dilution rate,higher deposition efficiency and good abrasive resistance are received.When tri-arc current is 150 A,voltage is 30 V,wire extension length is 15 mm,wire feed rate is 6 m· min-1 and pulse frequency is 70 Hz,the fusion ratio of surfacing layer is 0.07,surfacing layer for HRC is 65,abrasion loss is the minimum and wear resistance is excellent.
