摘要
Abstract
According to the structural characteristics and manufacture accuracy requirements of the thin-walled cylinder with large diameter of an air condenser,the production of the cylinder can be divided into three big parts:body,elbow and elliptic cylinder section,and then the three parts are assembled.The technology plans,effective tools and deformation control measures of each part are made or designed in accordance with their characteristics from cutting,edge rolling,fitting up,and welding etc.to meet manufacture accuracy requirements.Because of the large diameter and long length of the cylinder and heavy welding workload,submerged arc welding without back chipping is used for the longitudinal and girth seams of all cylinders and the procedures of carbon arc air gouging back chipping and wheel grinding are cancelled,thus,the working environment of shop is improved,at the same time,the whole welding process cycle is shortened,the production efficiency is enhanced and the production plan requirements are ensured.The technology plans and tools used in this article can provide reference for the technology design of this kind of products.关键词
