摘要

Abstract

Carbon material is the research focus of lithium-ion battery anode lithium-intercalation material.Recently,hard carbon has attracted more and more attention in the region of power lithium-ion battery anode material due to its good cycle performance,rate capability and low cost.15 Ah cylindrical high power cell was developed with hard carbon as anode material and LiNi0.8Co0.12Al0.05O2(NCA) as cathode material.The influence of anode material,electrode formula,electrode processing and separator on the cell design was discussed,and the high rate charge and discharge ability,cyclability ability and safety performance were also discussed.
