摘要

Abstract

Lithium vanadium phosphate cathode material was synthesized by tetraglycol process.Physical and electrochemical performances of as-prepared materials were characterized through XRD,SEM and galvanostatic charge-discharge test.The results show that products produced by calcining at 850 ℃ for 8 h have a single phase crystal structure.At 0.1 C and 1 C,the initial discharge specific capacities are 120.0 and 114.9 mAh/g.After 35 cycles,the initial discharge specific capacity is 112.1 mAh/g at 1 C.The capacities efficiency is 98%.The synthesized material has a good rate and cycling performance.
