摘要

Abstract

A novelty fuel cell experiment plat was design for 7 kW PEMFC stacks.For the stability and reliability of this experiment plat,SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC was used for main controller.In this paper,an ANN (artificial neural network) method was presented that improves the temperature control of hydrogen dew point.The actual working state about the PEMFC stack can be simulated in the experiment plat.The hydrogen inlet pressure,air flow,coolant flow were adjusted for load change.The monitoring software was designed using LABVIEW software and communicated with main controller through Modbus TCP protocol.
