摘要

Abstract

Co3O4 with cobalt nitrate and cetyl trimethylamine bromide (CTAB) as dispersing agent and urea as precipitating agent in different solvent systems under different temperatures were synthesized by solvothermal method.By cyclic voltammetry,galvanostatic charge-discharge and AC impedance,the electrochemical performanceof electrode material Co3O4 were characterized.The results show that the effects of different solvents on the electrochemical properties are significant;in 6 mol/L KOH solution,in the water-hexane-butanol system at reaction temperature of 100 ℃,the obtained Co3O4 electrode material has better electrochemical performance;at a current density of 5 mA/cm2,the single-electrode discharge specific capacity is 667.7 F/g.
