摘要

Abstract

the research of a novel soft switching three level inverter was presented. Based on the uniqueness of this topology,it could be worked in the dead-zone and non-dead-zone mode,the soft switching action of the switch could be realized in the two modes. The commutation process of the two modes was analysed in detail. By analyzing the difference of output voltage,the no-dead-zone model had higher output fundamental current and lower THD was concluded. So the non-dead-zone mode was the better condition of D-NPC soft switching three level inverter. Finally , the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by Matlab simulation.
