微波辅助BINOL酸催化合成吲哚甲烷衍生物
Synthesis of Indolemethanes Derivatives by Binaphthol Acid Catalyst under Microwave Irradiation
摘要
Abstract
The effective and rapid of the synthesis of inodoly methanes derivatives was investigated via the reaction between indolesand Aromatic aldehyde catalyzed by 2,2'-dihydroxy-1,1'-dinaphthyl-3,3'-dicarboxylic acid (BINOL acid) under microwave-assisted condition.The results demonstrated that its yiled could reach up to 90% when the presence of BINOL acid (0.15 mmol)in DMSO.This protocol has the advantages of simple operation,shorter reaction time,high yield,and environmental friendliness.The method is the efficient approach for the synthesis of indol methanes derivatives.关键词
