Abstract
Objective:To investigate the safety and feasibility of single-incision laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal repair of inguinal hernia,and then summarize the main points of the operation.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 25 patients who underwent single-incision laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair from Sep.2015 to Dec.2016.Results:All patients were successfully operated without conversion to open operation.The operation time was 67-123 min,with an average of (90.04±15.30) min.The postoperative hospital stay was 2-4 d,with an average of (3.16±0.75) d.2 patients suffered from scrotal seroma after operation.There were no chronic pain,incision infection,mesh rejection or other postoperative complications.The incisions all healed well.The patients were followed up for 3-24 months and no recurrence occurred.Conclusions:The single-incision laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal repair of inguinal hernia is a safe and feasible method with mini scars and good cosmetic effect after operation.Based on abundant experience of routine laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal repair of inguinal hernia,single-incision procedure can be used in patients with high aesthetic requirements.关键词
