摘要
Abstract
Considering absorption ability of active distribution network (ADN) to distributed generation (DG) and DG investment cost, this paper takes yearly comprehensive cost as the minimum target to build a DG configuration model for ADN considering influence of electric vehicle (EV) and demand side management (DSM).It also takes into account minimum cutoff of DG output in the process of DG planning and decomposes the above model into a bi-level planning model based on hierarchical solving idea.In addition, it presents a strategy combining differential evolution algorithm with primal dual interior point algorithm for solving, and by taking IEEE-33 node ADN for example, it tests effectiveness of the model and algorithm as well as analyzes influence of EV and DSM on planning results.关键词
