摘要

Abstract

Low excitation limit of one generator in Jiangsu power grid acted in advance in leading phase operation during the period of low load which limited leading phase ability of the generator.Therefore, starting from actual deviation between operating reactive power of the generator and its leading phase ability, this paper aims to analyze deviation between setting value of the excitation regulator's low excitation limit and leading phase ability in setting the value of low excitation limit and action characteristic of the excitation regulator's low excitation limit.It points out the main reason for advanced action of the excitation regulator's low excitation limit is deviation between setting value and action value of low excitation limit, and deviation in setting section also reduces leading phase ability of the generator.Furthermore, it proposes countermeasures for avoiding similar problems.
