摘要

Abstract

In allusion to problems of comparatively higher vibration and vibration rise in rated speed no-load and full power operation period of No.9 bearing in the process of startup of No.2 GW half-speed steam turbine generator and exciter rotor in one nuclear power station after factory maintenance for the first time, this paper makes data comparison and analysis, and then estimates the reason is unbalanced quality of the exciter caused by re-connection of the shafting.After adopting measures such as dynamic balance on the scene, No.9 bearing vibration has decreased to excellent level.Meanwhile, under the operating state of full power, bearing vibration has become stable and vibration rise in the course of rated speed no-load has improved obviously.It also proposes improvement suggestions and daily monitoring advices for the steam turbine generator.
