叶面喷施烯效唑对旱地胡麻抗倒性和产量性状的影响
Effect of uniconazole foliage spraying on lodging resistance and yield traits of oil-flax in arid land
摘要
Abstract
We conducted pot experiment (in 2014) and field experiment (in 2015) to study the effect of foliage spraying of uniconazole on lodging resistance and yield traits of oil-flax in arid land,with oil-flax cv."Ningya20" as ex perimental material.Pot experiment results showed that the oil-flax was most sensitive to uniconazole in budding period,and there was a significant decrease in plant height and primary branch length of oil-flax with foliage spraying.Compared with control group,the plant height and primary branch length was reduced by 14.79 cm and 10.75 cm respectively.Field experiment results indicated that there was a negative correlation between the plant height and uniconazole concentration within the range of 50 ～ 150 mg· kg-1.The treatment with 150 mg· kg-1 uniconazole significant decreased the plant height,stem diameter,root diameter,anti-fracture of root,effective branch number,fruits per plant,seeds per fruit,1000-grain weight.The treatment of 100 ag· kg-1 uniconazole showed the largest effect,with an increasing yield by 27.83 ％.关键词
