Abstract
This paper analyzes the technical and functional limitations of the existing optical switches,proposes a new technical scheme.The paper develops a both VOA fimction,high reliable,compact and low power 1 × 16 micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) optical switch,then verifies the finished product by experiments.关键词
