Abstract
This paper puts forward a technology development direction of miniaturization,low power consumption and radiation resistance optical communication module which adapt to the space environment application,introduces the detailed design of this module,and develops the four channel transceiver DWDM optical module,carries out the radiation resistance test and analyzes the result.关键词
