靶向卵巢癌糖酵解途径治疗的研究进展
Progress in targeting glycolysis pathway in ovarian cancer

Abstract
Previous studies have shown that even under the conditions of sufficient oxygen, tumor metabolism is still more inclined to glycolysis, which is known as Warburg effect.Ovarian cancer is the leading cause of death of gynecologic malignancies.The key enzymes of glycolysis (HK, PFK, PKM) are overexpressed in a variety of tumors, including ovarian cancer, and the transformation of tumor's glycolysis can improve the resistance of chemotherapy drugs and thus inhibit tumor proliferation.In this paper, the biological characteristics of these key enzymes in the glycolysis pathway and the progress on targeting these glycolysis enzymes in ovarian cancer therapy were summarized.关键词
