237例恶性黑色素瘤临床病理分析
Clinicopathological analysis of 237 cases of malignant melanoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological features of 237 cases of malignant melanoma.Methods:A total of 237 cases of malignant melanoma were collected and their clinical data and HE morphology were reviewed,of 128 patients with immunohistochemical detection.Results:One hundred and nine cases (45.99％,109/237)can be direct diagnosed according to the history,location and HE morphology;the remaining 128 patients (54.01％,128/237) with immunohistochemical detection because the morphology was not typical and few or no melanin pigment.The positive rate of HMB45,melan-A and S-100 were 79％ (101/128),81％ (104/128),and 90％ (115/128).Conclusion:Because of the pathological morphological diversity of malignant melanoma,immunohistochemical detection is helpful to diagnosis,its pathogenesis and clinical treatment remains to be further discussed.关键词
