摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe and analyze the difference and clinical significance of the expression of biomarkers such as bcl-2,Cox-2,HSPs and p53 in osteosarcoma tumor tissues,and explore the potential roles that the biomarker might play in the genesis and development of osteosarcoma,in order to provide the theoretical foundation for the pathological diagnosis and treatment of OS.Methods:The achieved wax tissues that with typical morphological of osteosarcoma,and then Streptavidin-Peroxidase (S-P) dyeing for the slice,the patients diagnosed as osteochondroma in the same period were selected as the control group.The expression of the protein molecular biomarker,such as bcl-2,Cox-2,HSPs and p53,were observed,the differences of the proteins expression and its clinical significance between the two groups were analyzed by Chi-square test.Results:The positive expression of bcl-2,Cox-2,HSP70/90,and p53 protein in the osteosarcoma group were significantly higher than that in the osteochondroma group (P<0.05).The expression of Vim protein had no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Bcl-2,Cox-2,HSPs and Vim play important roles in the formation and progression of osteosarcoma tumor lesions,and provide the theoretical basis for pathological diagnosis and precision medicine.
