跟进式电话随访在出院心肌梗死患者中的应用
Application of continuous telephone follow-up in patients with myocardial infarction

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of continuous telephone follow-up in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 128 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,64 cases in each group.The control group was only discharged health education,and the observation group received a continuous telephone follow-up for 6 months.Results:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in SF-36 scores between the two groups (P＞0.05).Six months after the intervention,the quality of life of the observation group increased significantly (P＜0.05),but there was no significant change in the control group (P＞0.05).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of the ESCA scale between the 2 groups (P＞0.05).The self-care ability of the observation group increased significandy (P＜0.05)6 months after the intervention,but no significant change in the control group (P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).Six months after the intervention,the anxiety and depression of the observation group improved significantly (P＜0.05),but there was no significant change in the control group (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Continuous telephone follow-up can improve the quality of life and self-care of patients with myocardial infarction and improve their mental health status,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.关键词
