脑电图在偏头痛患者中的诊断价值
Value of electroencephalogram in the diagnosis of migraine patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of electroencephalogram (EEG) in acute exacerbation of migraine.Methods:Eighty cases of migraine patients in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University and Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from June 2015 to June 2016 were collected,the EEG characteristics were analyzed.Meanwhile,healthy subjects were selected as the control group according to 1:2 design methods.Results:There were 38 cases of abnormal EEG in the migraine group and 40 cases in the control group.EEG features of migraine patients:38 cases of abnormal EEG patients were mild abnormalities,the performance of the relative specificity,mainly for the local lead of the sporadic high amplitude spikes and slow complex wave.There were 13 patients (13/21,61.9％) who met the site of clinical pain.Conclusion:EEG in patients with acute exacerbations of migraine is relatively specific.EEG has a good reference value for the diagnosis of migraine patients.关键词
