泛素特异性蛋白酶10在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义
Clinical significance of ubiquitin-specific protease 10 protein expression on cervix squamous cell carcinoma

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the expression level of USP10 protein in human cervix squamous cell carcinoma tissues and to evaluate the clinical signiflcance of USP10 protein in cervix squamous cell carcinoma patients.Methods: A total of 105 cervix squamous cell carcinoma paraffin specimens, 65 normal squamous epithelium paraffin specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry methods. The correlation between the expression of USP10 protein and its clinicopathological features were analyzed.Results: The positive rate of USP10 was 41.9% in cervix squamous cell carcinoma and 61.5% in normal cells, the difference was statistically significant. The expression of USP10 in cervix squamous cell cancer was negatively correlated with FIGO stage and diflerentiation. We also found a positively correlation between the expression of USP10 and E-cadherin, P53.Conclusion: USP10 protein is low-expressed in cervix squamous cell carcinoma, which may be correlated with poor prognosis.关键词
