Clinicopathological features of cryoglobulinemic glomerulonephritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To summarize the clinical and pathological features of cryoglobulinemic glomerulonephritis. Methods: We reviewed the clinical date of 3 patients with cryoglobulinemia admitted to the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from August 2014 to July 2015.Results: There were two middle-aged women and one young men, and all patients were accompanied by systemic damage, and serum cryoglobulin were positive. Two cases were associated with HBV infection and one with HCV.Conclusion: Cryoglobulin glomerulonephritis has unique pathological features, which could be contributed to the early diagnosis of disease and early treatments.关键词
