Euchromatin histone lysine methyltransferases and early mammalian development
摘要
Abstract
Euchromatin histone lysine methyltransferases (EHMTs) can be known to making histone 39th lysine demethylate (H3K9-di) in the region of chromatin. In mammals, there are two kinds of proteins encoded by EHMT genes,EHMT1 encodes GLP andEHMT2 encodes G9a, respectively. EHMTs plays a different role in differentiation progress of various tissues and cells and also involves in the formation of adult specific reaction processes, such as memory, drug addiction, immunoreaction, etc.EHMTs and theirs proteins play an important role in gametogenesis, embryo development and uterine diseases of mammalian reproductive process.关键词
