Abstract
The influence of injection parameter on texture surface gloss was confirmed to be related to the replication quality of polypropylene (PP) melt.The textured surface gloss of three Co-PP and two Co-PP/POE blends were investigated.The surface patterns were observed by two dimensional measurement,and the morphology of dispersion phase was analyzed by SEM.The experimental results show that the better replication quality for the mold,the lower surface gloss of the texture.The replication ability of the melt is related to the content and the particle size of rubber.The lower content and smaller particle size of the rubber,the weaker ability to copy the mold texture,which will lead to higher surface gloss of the texture surface.关键词
