Abstract
The crystallization and crystal morphology of polypropylene 1100N and market similar grades V30G and 1120 were studied by differential scanning calorimeter,X-ray diffraction and polarizing microscope etc methods.The characteristics of structure and properties for three productions were analyzed,the differences of structure and properties for three productions were compared,the effect of structure on performance was studied.The results showed that,compared with the market similar grades of V30G and 1120,1100N had higher crystallinity,smaller crystalline spherulites,faster crystallization rate,stronger crystallization ability,better rigidity,hardness and thermal deformation.关键词
