Abstract
The C/C-SiC composites were fabricated via pre-cursor infiltration pyrolysis (PIP) process with nano-SiC powder as filler.The effects of the mass ratio of nano-SiC on the densification behavior and ablation properties of C/C-SiC composites were investigated.The results showed that the change of mass ratio of nano-SiC was important to C/C-SiC composites property.The density,porosity,linear and mass ablation rates of the composites derived from the mass ratio of nano-SiC of 16.67%,were 1.86g/cm3,6.93%,0.0041mm/s and 0.0013g/s,respectively.关键词
