Fabrication of PAN/MWNTs Composite Electrode and Study of Its Response to NH3

Abstract
The preparation of polyaniline(PAN) and poly N-methyl aniline (PMAN) was completed by oxidation reaction with HCl solution as the proton acid,these composite materials were obtained between carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and PAN,PMAN,respectively with liquid glue (PVAL) as the substrate.A uniform film on the self-made dressing electrode surface after curing,which was used as an electrode element.From the morphology of composite materials,performance characterization of test,we have found the suitable mixing ratio,curing conditions,and studied on simulation of gas containing ammonia.Based on the environmental test data analysis,it showed that electrode element has presented better absorption,desorption characteristics with increasing of nanotube content in the electrode component,and to better highlight the sensitivity of ammonia because of electron transfer behavior of composite materials.关键词
