Abstract
It is necessary to test homogeneity and stability of the samples during the development of the reference material,therefore,GBW(E)130573 Mooney viscosity standard material was developed according to specifications of the primary reference material,and inspection and evaluation of uniformity and stability of the Mooney viscosity standard substance at ML(1+4)100℃.F value of uniformity test was 1.62,less than critical value 2.31,that showed samples were uniform;inspecting short-time stability at 60℃ and long-time stability at room temperature,the test values were less than critical value,that showed Mooney viscosity of samples were not change significantly,and GBW(E)130573 was stable.Stability and uniformity of Mooney viscosity of GBW(E)130573 conformed to specifications of the primary reference material,and met requirements of development of standard material.关键词
