护士主导的口服营养补充方法在造血干细胞移植期间的应用研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of nurse-led oral nutritional supplement method on patients' nutritional status during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Method Choose 75 patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from Jan.2014 to Sep.2015 as control group by convenience sampling methods.They receive routine nursing care and diet guidance in hematology ward.Choose 29 patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from Oct.2015 to Sep.2016 as observation group.They receive nurse-led oral nutritional supplement method.Take nutritional evaluation on patients by anthropometric parameters, blood biochemical criterion and PG-SGA scale and observe the effect of nurse-led oral nutritional supplement method on patients' nutritional status.Result There is significant difference on score of PG-SGA scale between patients in two groups during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Observation group has higher proportion of good nutrition and lower proportion of malnutrition than control group in the 4th weeks after pretreatment There is no significant difference on body mass and BMI between two groups.But observation group has less decrease range on average body mass than control group.There is significant difference on albumin level between two groups before the 4th week after pretreatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse-led oral nutritional supplement method can reduce patients' nutrition drop during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and can improve and keep patients' nutritional status.关键词
