中药足浴联合穴位按摩干预晚期癌症患者癌因性疲乏的临床研究
Clinical research on foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with point massage in intervention of cancer related fatigue for patients with advanced cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with point massage in intervention of cancer related fatigue for patients with advanced cancer.Method Divide 120 patients with advanced cancer into observation group (n=40), control groupⅠ (n=40) and control groupⅡ(n=40) by random number table.Patients in control group receive routine nursing care including foot bath of warm water, appropriate exercise and routine symptomatic supportive treatment.Patients in control groupⅠ receive foot bath of Chinese medicine and patients in control groupⅡ receive foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with point massage.Assess patients by brief fatigue inventory (BFI) and core questionnaire on quality of life before and after treatment.Compare cancer related fatigue level and score on BFI between three groups before and after treatment.Result Control groupⅠ has lower cancer related fatigue level and higher score on BFI than control group after intervention.The difference is significant (P<0.05).Control groupⅡ has lower cancer related fatigue level and higher score on BFI than pbservation group and control groupⅠ.The difference is significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Foot bath of Chinese medicine combined with point massage can relieve cancer related fatigue for patients with advanced cancer effectively and improve patients' quality of life.关键词
