Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between professional nursing values and job embeddedness for new nurses.Method Investigate 398 new nurses from 4 top level hospitals by professional nursing value scale and job embeddedness scale.Make statistical analysis on correlation between professional nursing values and job embeddedness.Result The total score on professional nursing value is (86.40±20.73) and the total score on job embeddedness is (112.55±18.05) for new nurses.There is positive correlation between professional nursing values and job embeddedness (P<0.01).Hierarchical regression analysis shows that practice unit, way to work, night shift frequency and monthly income of general information and caring, honesty of professional nursing values have positive predictable functions on job embeddedness (P<0.05).Conclusion Professional nursing values for new nurses can be improved.Their job embeddedness is in medium level and correlated to professional nursing values.关键词
