子午流注穴位按摩联合中药熏蒸治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察
Clinical Observation on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy (blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome) Treated with Midnight-noon Ebb-flow Acupressure Massage Combined with Herb Fumigation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupressure massage combined with herb fumigation treatment on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome).Methods:The 120 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type (blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome) patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group A,B,C,30 cases in each.Control group given conventional treatment,the treatment group A,B,C on the basis of conventional treatment respectively take midnight-noon ebb-flow acupressure massage,Chinese medicine fumigation,midnight-noon ebb-flow acupressure massage combined with herb fumigation treatment,each group of treatment 1 times a day,10 days for 1 course of treatment,treatment after two courses of integral change according to the symptoms and signs and visual pain score (VAS) compared the clinical efficacy.Results:The total effectiveness of observation group C was 96.7％,group B was 86.7％,the observation group A was 83.3％,and the control group was 53.3％.Observation group compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);Group C compared with group A and B,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusions:Midnight-noon ebb-flow acupressure massage combined with herb fumigation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome) effect is better than a single midnight-noon ebb-flow acupressure massage or Chinese medicine fumigation therapy.关键词
