针刺联合补肾化瘀通络方对中青年颈椎生理曲度及日常生活能力的影响
Effects of Acupuncture Combined with Bushen Huayu Tongluo Recipe (补肾化瘀通络方)on Middle and Young Cervical Physiological Curvature and Daily Living Ability

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with Bushen Huayu Tongluo recipe (补肾化瘀通络方,BSHYHLR) on middle and young cervical physiological curvature and daily living ability.Methods:The 108 patients with abnormal cervical physiological curvature were randomly divided into observation group and control group,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with BSHYHLR,and the observation group on this basis combined with acupuncture treatment.Neck pain,muscle stiffness pain and dizziness headache (VAPS) scores,daily living ability (ADL) score,negative mood [anxiety (HAMA),depression (HAMD)] scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the cervical curvature improvement rate of two groups were observed.Resuhs:There was no significant difference in the neck pain,muscle stiffness pain and dizziness headache VAPS scores between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05),but after treatment,each score of the observation group was lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);The improvement rate of cervical curvature in the observation group was 92.59％ and 62.96％ in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in the ADL score between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05),but after treatment,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;There was no significant difference in the HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05),but after treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05),but after treatment,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Treatnent of abnormal cervical physiological curvature using acupuncture combined with BSHYHLR can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the cervical physiological curvature,which is beneficial to improve the daily living ability,relieve the negative emotion and promote the improvement of the quality of life.关键词
