The Constructional Status and Strategies on the Equipmental Systems of Marine Environment
摘要
Abstract
Marine environment,composed of various kinds of marine elements,is of great importance in strategic resource for a country.Marine environment equipments are tools and foundation for acquiring,processing and applying different kinds of marine environment information.In this paper,main components of the marine environment are introduced.The equipmental systems architecture of marine environment is proposed.Construction status and gaps of the systems are analyzed.At last,a few measures and suggestions are put forward on the demand leading,system planning,technology driving,foundation reinforcing,quality assuring and other aspects in regards of equipment construction.关键词
