摘要

Abstract

In order to determine the pathogen of a suspected ORF disease,which occurred in a goat farm in Feidong,Anhui Province,the virus was isolated from the scabs of the infected lambs using MDBK cells.The pathogen was identified as ORFV,and was named as ORFV/AH-FD/2016/China strain.Then,the B2L and F1L genes of the isolates were cloned and sequenced.And the genetic analysis was carried out with some other ORFV sequences.The results showed that the B2L gene of ORFV/AH-FD/2016/China strain was 1 137 bp long,which encoded 279 amino acids.The FIL gene was 1 023 bp long,which encoded 341 amino acids.Compared with other ORFV strains submitted to GenBank,the nucleotide homology of B2L gene was 96.9%-99.5%.Moreover,the deduced amino acid homology was 95.5%-98.9%.The nucleotide homology of F1L gene was 95.9%-98.3%,and the deduced amino acid homology was 94.9%-99.1%.The phylogenetic tree was then constructed and analyzed.Based on B2L or F1L gene,the isolates was closest with Gansu isolates and Fujian isolates,respectively.The results indicated that there were no significant differences in B2L and F1L genes between isolates in different regions of China.This study provides a clinical trial material for the subsequent study of ORFV and provides a reference for the epidemiology study on it.
