鞘内注射MK801和美金刚对脊髓神经元凋亡的影响
Effects of intrathecal injection of MK801 and Memantine on apoptosis of neurons in spinal cord
摘要
Abstract
The experimental mice were given MK801 (3,10 nmol · L-1) and Memantine (10,30 nmol · L-1) by intrathecal administration to explore whether these drugs would induce the apoptosis of spinal cord neurons via immunostaining method.The results showed that there were no positive TUNEL signals in spinal dorsal horn (mainly sensory neurons),spinal ventral horn (mainly motor neurons) neurons and other kind of neurons.As for the number of cells in the transverse section of lumbar spinal cord,there were no significant differences across all of the six groups.This study provided the basis and premise for studying the specific target of NMDA receptor in spinal cord in clinical safe pharmacy treatment.关键词
