Research on toxicology test of potato residue Bacillus subtilis fermentation

摘要

Abstract

The toxicology test of potato residue fermented product was carried out.Acute oral toxicity test,salmonella/mammalian microsomal enzyme test,mice bone marrow cell micronucleus test and chromosome aberration test in testicle cells of rat were conducted to evaluate the toxicity of potato residue fermented product.The results showed that maximum tolerated dose of potato residue fermented product of male and female rats were more than 15 g · kg-1 (BW).According to the acute toxicity grading standards,the results were in the scale of non-toxicity.Compared to control group,potato residue fermented product had negative effect on al1 these three genotoxicity tests.These indicated that potato residue fermented product have no acute toxicity,mutagenic activity and mutagenic effect.Potato residue fermented product is very safe and can be used as a safe food raw materials for development and utilization.
