元阳哈尼梯田当前栽培水稻品种品质性状分析
Quality diversity of currently cultivated rice landraces from Hani's terraced fields in Yuanyang county
摘要
Abstract
Yunnan province is rich in rice germplasms,and the diversity of grain quality is also very abundant.In this study,40 landraces,which were currently cultivated on Hani's terraced fields in Yuanyang country of Yunnan province were used to analyze their grain qualities,including amylose content (AC),gel consistency (GC),and starch viscosity profile (RVA profile).The results showed that there was a high diversity of the grain quality among 40 varieties,and the diversity index was from 1.15 to 1.98.The diversity index of GC,HPV and BDV were 1.95,1.96 and 1.98,respectively.These data will give useful knowledge for further mining novel germplasms from Yunnan province.关键词
