血清补体C1q与2型糖尿病患者血脂紊乱及胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between serum C1q and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) with dyslipidemia and insulin resistance.Methods The levels of serum C1q,fasting insulin,fasting blood glucose,lipid and high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) were assayed using Olympus Au5400 automatic biochemical analyzer in 140 T2DM patients without renal insufficiency and 140 healthy controls.The results were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results The levels of C1q and fasting plasma glucose(FBG) and triglyceride lipase(TG) in T2DM group were significantly higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.05).The levels of C1q,hs-CRP,TG,FBG and FINS in high HOMA-IR index of T2DM group were significantly higher than the low HOMA-IR index group(P<0.05).The serum C1q was positively correlated with HOMA-IR,TG,total cholesterol(TC),FBG and phospholipid(r=0.259,0.371,0.258,0.266,0.291,P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that TG and FBG were independently associated with serum C1q levels(OR=0.313,0.212,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum C1q levels may induced both dyslipidemia and insulin resistance in T2DM.关键词
