Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),inhibin B(INHB) and sex hormones in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 120 patients with PCOS and 100 cases of he-althy controls(control group) were selected from June 2015 to June 2016.The levels of AMH,INHB and sex hormones were measured in 3 mL of menstrual blood on the 3rd day of menstruation.The value of serum AMH and INHB in the diagnosis of PCOS were analyzed with receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve.Results The levels of AMH,INHB,FSH,T,LH in PCOS group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while E2 level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that AMH was positively correlated with T and LH and negatively correlated with E2,while INHB was positively correlated with T(P<0.05),but negatively correlated with E2(P<0.05).AUC of AMH and INHB were 0.828 and 0.810,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of AMH in diagnosing PCOS were 81.12% and 80.39% respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of INHB in diagnosing PCOS were 78.12% and 75.39%,respectively.Conclusion The levels of serum AMH and INHB in patients with PCOS are significantly higher than those in healthy women.The serum levels of AMH and INHB are closely correlated with the levels of hormone,which may be helpful to the diagnosis of PCOS.关键词
