Research Progress of Long non-coding RNA MALAT1 in head and neck cancer
摘要
Abstract
It has been found that metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1), one of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA), plays an important role in the development of tumor. This article reviewed the structure and func-tion of MALAT1, as well as the expression and mechanism in head and neck cancer. MALAT1 may serve as a new method for early diagnosis and target therapy of head and neck cancer.关键词
