摘要
Abstract
Objective:Through the maxillary unilateral dentition defect by using improved T clasp palatal retention for prosthetics of clinical results observation,to explore the method of maxillary unilateral dentition defect with the removable partial denture.Methods:Selecting 28 patients that fitting maxillary unilateral dentition defect,16 patients use improved T clasp,for retention of the maxillary remaining premolar and molar's lingual surface,with casting stents of the removable partial denture.Twelve patients use normal design,remaining teeth buccal using three arms clasp or continuous clasp.After two years following observations,to evaluate the clinical results of the remaining abutment and restoration retetion.Results:After two years of following observations,28 patients of maxillary unilateral dentition defect,using improved T clasp with loose retention of one patient's restoration,and using normal design with loose retention of 4 patients'restoration.Conclusion:Using improved form of palatal T clasp,can better solve the retainer difficult and poor stability problems of maxillary unilateral dentition defect.关键词
